Maryland Youth Development Institute
The Maryland Youth Developing Institute serves as the umbrella for all MOST’s program quality initiatives. A commitment to continuous program quality improvement should be driven by data including program observation and examining program outcomes relative to program goals.

Career & College Readiness – Ten organizations from across Maryland have joined MOST in a two-year effort to increase intentionality around Career & College readiness activities for middle and high school afterschool programs.

Year 1 was focused on implementing a data collection tool called Hello Insight.
Year 2 will be focused on a Train the Trainer Model with a new Career & College Readiness Toolkit which will be released by MOST during the fall of 2020.
