Ramapo for Children Workshop: Parent and Family Engagement

In this workshop, participants will identify and discuss the needs that families bring to a program community, explore barriers to engagement, and learn strategies for building relationships that promote a strong sense of community and encourage safety (physical and emotional), belonging, and engagement with and among families. Techniques applicable to both in-person and virtual settings will be included.
